Purpose of Role

Join our friendly and experienced Talent Acquisition team here at Amplity Health. We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Recruiter and get involved with one of the most exciting industries out there. We are looking for an experienced recruiter within this space, to join our experienced and friendly small team.

We recruit via an Outsourced Solution model for our fantastic clients across the world within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech space – predominantly within Medical Affairs and Clinical.  We offer a consultative approach, creating new teams around the world to help bring our clients’ medicines to the right patients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Have an excellent understanding of the needs of our clients and candidate profiles
  • Find, evaluate, recruit and prepare candidates to deliver our clients’ goals, via a variety of tools.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process
  • Create a supportive structure for our candidates, to allow them to succeed and present their best selves.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure a smooth process from start to finish
  • Maintain and report accurate data in our trackers and Workday system.
  • Maintain the highest standards of project governance and within compliance for each country
  • Understand and are compliant with local legal, regulatory and ethical requirements

Skills:

  • Think outside the box to attract the highest quality talent, using different methods for building a talented candidate pool
  • Know how to find, engage and attract passive life science experts
  • Be responsible for the candidate management process, from finding and attracting the right talent, to evaluating, match-making, recruiting and preparing candidates to over exceed our clients’ expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate well to internal stakeholders, clients and candidates.
  • Independent worker with high team spirit who can work at a home office and be part of the office and global team
  • Global, open minded personality, adjustable to clients and candidates worldwide
  • Flexible with working hours (home office based) as you will have to work across different time zones – we value a healthy work-life-balance

Experience:

  • Proven Life Science Talent Acquisition experience is required
  • Minimum work experience as Recruiter / Resourcer / networker / candidate relationship manager of 2-3 years
  • Pharmaceutical / life science / healthcare / biotech work or academic background highly desirable
  • You know how to manage work requests within tight timescales whilst delivering to a high quality
  • Passive candidate recruitment experience and extensive knowledge of how to source candidates through social media, networking and the world wide web in general is a “must” criteria
  • Autonomous work attitude with self-motivated personality and a flexible approach to recruitment
  • Home office experience beneficial
  • Global or international experience desired as you will work with clients and candidates around the world and across different time zones
  • Must speak very good English, with additional language skills highly desirable
  • LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean keyword searching and internet portals are nothing new to you
  • Know how to manage interviews by coordinating schedules, working cross functionally across the business, arranging and preparing assessment centres
  • Clear understanding of how to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and candidates’ qualifications with our clients; interviewing applicants in a consistent manner
