Clinical Trial Manager

Hobson Prior are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join a leading medical technology company that focuses on using the latest technologies helping eye care professionals worldwide improve patient retina care.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for supporting clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP, applicable regulations and corporate SOP's.
• You will confirm compliance with regulatory standards regarding medical device clinical affairs and industry's involvement.

• An ability to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong team player with flexible attitude to work priorities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office applications).

Requirements:

• Educated BA/BSc or equivalent education gained through allied work experiences.
• At least 5 years' experience in clinical trials, medical device and/or ophthalmology.
• Knowledge with the medical devices sector and have experience of managing Pre and Post-marketing clinical trials would be an advantage.
• Trained in ICH/GCP and national guidelines and requirements.
• Expertise in negotiating work agreements with a range of diverse partners who will be collaborating to support clinical trials activities such as other trial centres and associated staff, drug sponsor companies, academic groups and third-party vendors/CRO's.
• Established ability to lead complex clinical projects and get "buy in" from key players at study sites.
