Senior Project Coordinator, Project Management Academy

Full-Time REMOTE

The mission of the Project Management Academy (PM Academy) is to early identify and develop potential clinical project management leaders of the future. Within a face-to-face, continuous learning environment, Project Coordinators (PC) are the right hand support to the Project Lead.

The Senior Project Coordinator performs the essential duties with minimal guidance and support from the Labcorp Drug Development web of support that includes, but is not limited to, the Project Lead(s), Line Manager, mentor, and subject matter experts. Able to lead portions of a project from start up to close out. The Senior Project Coordinator mentors other PM Academy PCs in multiple areas of expertise.

Preference for this role:
  • Located on the west coast
  • Fluent in any of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, Japanese
  • Willing to respect and adapt to the business culture in China, Korea and Japan
  • Must be able to work AsiaPac hours in entirety
Education/Qualifications: Required:
  • University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from appropriately accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • 3-4 years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO.
  • Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access and Power Point).
  • Ability to develop accurate study related documents with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritizes workload for self.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multi-tasks.
  • Ability to work with financial information.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes.
