A boutique clinical research organization (CRO) is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to work closely with a variety of sponsors. This is a high-profile position which will involve executing complex projects to ensure the successful completion of multiple high-profile clinical trials. The trials vary in nature but include biopharma and medical device studies within oncology and rare disease, both regional and global.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a small, agile team with an opportunity to partner with high-level stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing clinical trials within budgets and timelines
Managing operational aspects of clinical trials in compliance with guidelines including study management, monitoring, site/country feasibility/selection and management, project master files, risk management and quality metrics oversight
Developing strategic Clinical Monitoring Plans
Preparing and/or reviews and approves study-related documents
Proactively recognize any change in scope, and work collaboratively with the contracts team and Project Manager to develop and ensure timely completion of change orders
Participates in protocol design, CRF and strategy development, Clinical Study Report (CSR) preparation, NDA submissions, as appropriate
Providing regular updates to leadership and Sponsor teams regarding the status and progress of the projects


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's/Masters (preferred) degree with 2+ years of clinical research experience at a Clinical Research Organization/Pharmaceutical Company
Working knowledge of the clinical drug development process
Cross functional and cross-cultural awareness
Strong knowledge and experience of clinical research operations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Written, verbal communication and presentation skills in small and large group settings
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and delegate
