Job Details

Digital Experiences play a key role in the successful Digital Transformation of CSL by supporting the definition of a companywide digital experience strategy and ensuring its successful execution. Leveraging existing and new technology, the team focuses on the development of engaging experiences for customers, patients, donors and employees. It is a Centre of Excellence with deep expertise in Digital Experience and Engagement Design that enables CSL to apply human-centered approaches to define and solve problems and drive cultural transformation.

The incumbent of this role will work across all the experience pillars to define and manage processes and capabilities that set standards which will enable a successful development of Digital Experiences. The key is to ensure smooth operations and delivery of digital products by ensuring that experience teams are equipped with the best ways of working, e.g. through setting up the Digital Experience communities of best practice.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Define and constantly iterate processes that will enable the development of engaging experiences by closely collaborating with the different experience towers as well as the User Lab and Design Thinking team
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement
  • Responsible for streamlining processes and identifying opportunities for intelligent automation
  • Responsible for the internal branding of the Digital Experience team including communication to drive CSL internal awareness and engagement. This includes activities to build a common digital language at CSL.
  • Builds and owns the "Dx Academy" which offers dedicated capability building programs to all CSL employees related to agile ways of working, customer centricity, Design Thinking, UX and other design related disciplines.
  • Establish a "Dx community of practice" to support scaling the application of human-centered design approaches across CSL by identifying early adopters that will serve as multipliers in other business functions (Citizen Development)
  • Build Organizational Change Management related skills in the Digital Experience teams to ensure successful employee change adoption when establishing new ways of working
  • Closely collaborate with other functions like HR to define and establish a Digital Culture at CSL


Education:

Bachelor's degree in design or other related discipline (e.g. Marketing, Digital Communication)

Experience:
  • 7+ years experience in Marketing, Digital Product design, Process Design, or other human-centered area, including specific global experience and demonstrated leadership experience in large companies
  • Experience collaborating and interacting with leaders at multiple levels in varying businesses and geographies
  • Direct application of industry leading culture, employee experience and engagement models and methodologies with clear business outcomes
  • Experience with Prosci or other well established Change Management methodology
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of UX design and delivery, Design Thinking and User Research
  • Good understanding of latest technology, design, and business model trends
  • Mindset to seek feedback early and often with an iterative, user-centric approach to designing experiences
  • Ability to make high quality decisions quickly; highly developed time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise and impactful verbal and written communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work iteratively by constantly challenging the status quo with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to adapt to new environments quickly, build networks and develop a sense for a company's product portfolio, technology challenges and strategies
  • Ability to build, mentor and grow a high performing and cohesive team
  • Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
  • Experience of other industry verticals desired
  • Adaptable to handle a fast-paced working environment
