Learning, Training & Development Manager - Oncology. Exciting new role working as a Learning, Training & Development Manager - managing, consulting and coordinating a programme of training to develop the skills, knowledge and capability of the cross-functional therapy area teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Training & Development Manager. You will support the strategic planning and deliver the tactics required to design, measure and grow the capability and development across the franchise teams. You will manage, consult and coordinate a programme of training that develops the skills, knowledge and capability of the cross-functional therapy area teams in line with the relevant brand development plans. 

In this role you will:

Design, develop and deliver industry-leading disease, therapy and brand knowledge induction programmes.

Design, develop and deliver industry-leading capability building and continued development programmes.

Identify and build capability aligned to Global guidance for the cross-functional franchise teams.

Ensure compliance with all the Company's UK Governance Frameworks and ABPI.

Qualifications:

Degree level qualification

Desirable: ABPI qualification

The Person/Experience:

Essential:

Excellence in leading and facilitating training and development in a local team.

Excellence in coaching.

Previous experience working with field teams within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Desirable:

Training and development experience in the secondary care environment.

Advanced communication and influencing skills.

APBI qualified.

Marketing experience.
