Key Responsibilities

• Manages all operational aspects of allocated projects regarding ongoing evaluation, prioritisation, implementation and delivery
• Leads project team to ensure project is delivered according to planned scope and timelines in accordance within the contract
• Provides input on study related documents such as the study protocol, CRF, Medical Review/Monitoring Plan, and Clinical Study Report
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, investigators, vendors and internal project team
• Manages study budget, including monthly invoicing
• Provide leadership to project team on deliverables as defined in project specific documentation
• Solves problems by applying strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Coordinate feasibility planning and selection process of project sites
• Make recommendations to sponsor and project leader
• Influences internal and external team members in a professional manner with successful outcomes
• Actively participate in strategy and business decisions

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or health-related field
• 3+ years CPM experience in phase I-IV trials
• CRO experience
