I am currently supporting a mid-sized CRO who are looking to expand their operation and as such, are currently seeking an experienced Clinical professional, looking to develop their career where you will be working with a very ambitious CRO.

You will have a breadth of experience in Global studies and be wanting to put your stamp on this position, where you would be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and share previous experiences of how you have brought a positive change to the way things are done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of managing the clinical trial
• To act as the key point of contact and to be a direct liaison with sponsors, ensuring that customer service is delivered to an exceptionally high standard
• Prepare review protocols and other study related documentation
• Prepare submission documents for Ethics committees and regulatory authorities
• Project reporting according to client specific procedures, specific SOP’s
• Budget negotiation and bid defense
• Managing a Clinical team through a matrix or have direct reports

The Person:

• An absolute minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Clinical Project Management function with either CRO, Pharma or Bio-tech
• BSc degree in life sciences, with MSc or PhD as a preference
• Able to demonstrate previous experience as a CRA (pharma or CRO)
• Career minded with an aptitude for getting the job done and ensuring best practise is always maintained.
