An exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join an innovative & forward thinking Saas company.
The HQ is situated on the East coast of America. This is a remote based opportunity but you must reside in the United States.
My client offers a modern cloud-based software that allows Life Science companies to review, approve, and distribute regulated content, in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers use technology to create efficiencies within their organizations. This position will work closely with the Customer Success, Implementation and Professional Services Engineering (PSE) teams to keep customers engaged with our products and to develop long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
● Work directly with a portfolio of Small to Medium Business’
● Develop and execute customer success plans: establish communication with decision makers, manage reporting to measure success against customer expectations, and drive the renewal process
● Understand client needs and strategically grow accounts through identification of upsell, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities
● Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met; support, implementation, PSE, sales, and product
● Capture customer success stories in the form of case studies, testimonials, and referrals
● Serve as the Voice of Customer to bring opportunities and ideas for continuous improvement to the suite of products
Requirements
● 4+ years in a customer-facing SaaS CSM role
● Team player with a bias to delight customers and stakeholders
● Excellent written and verbal communicator
● Knowledge of sales enablement, workflow automation, or BPM software
● Life sciences industry experience and knowledge of MLR/PRC review a plus
