EMEA Payroll Analyst - Global Pharmaceutical Company

Our client are looking for HR professionals to join their company to support as an EMEA Payroll Analyst.

As a global pharmaceutical company, this business are keen to bring on someone who has some experience in payroll processing across the EMEA/international region, As this is an international role, you will not only get the opportunity to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical industry but also international payroll processing which is beneficial experience for anyone looking to progress in this career. 

Your main responsibilities as part of this role will be:

• Leading payroll process, as scheduled, while ensuring employees are paid correctly, with proper deductions taken and calculated.
• Leading year-end and start-up processes.
• Leading the tasks of other payroll staff associated with the payroll processing cycle.
• Assisting with employee mass communications from the department.
• Analysing data within the time keeping system for semi- monthly payroll
processes, reporting, and system testing and enhancement updates.

This position will be based in Chester with home working flexibility offered and this contract will run for 9 months initially with the chance of extension.
