Responsibilities

- Provide project management support to the Patient Recruitment Programs (PRP) writing and editorial teams, for Global Master Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), eConsent and standalone writing projects (where PRP services are not otherwise scoped).

- Monitor and triage ICF and eConsent incoming work and contribute to weekly ICF resourcing call with delivery teams, and eConsent team

- Coordinate operational and tactical related activities for study team and client to ensure that related project milestones are met

- Attend Sponsor ICF calls with internal team, where required

- Contribute to management of assigned project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals (realization targets)

- Contribute to data tracking in designated tracking systems and tools, including specific Sponsor ICF KPI metrics

- Provide technical support as necessary on project specific and interdepartmental training effort

- Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures

Requirements

- Experience in an administrative environment

- Prior role with project management and client services being the main parts of the job

- Experience with workflow management systems preferred

- Bachelor's Degree Preferably in either a healthcare, or business field

- Advanced English
