Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join a fantastic company on a permanent basis where you can work remotely from anywhere in the US. For more information, please get in touch now!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project manager on one or more projects including tracking and monitoring of project finances, deliverables, staffing, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify project risks, offer risk mitigation strategies and solutions, and work with the Director(s) to resolve any matters.
  • Collaborate with other solutions Community Engagement, where necessary, to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
  • Develop, maintain, and/or review project plans and other study-related materials.
  • Participate in and/or lead vendor identification, selection, and management.
  • Participate in sponsor and/or regulatory audits/inspections.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage research projects within the federal regulations and policies.
  • Oversee maintenance of assigned project regulatory documents as per company guidelines and SOPs.
  • Prepare project budgets and invoices.
  • Contribute to new project proposals.
  • Ensure regulatory integrity of protocols through oversight and/or preparation of multicenter protocol(s), consent form template(s), protocol amendment(s), and annual progress report(s).
  • Ensure site management follows the study plans.
  • Maintain regular communications with sponsor, vendors, and assigned study teams including leading sponsor, vendor, and/or internal meetings.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for sponsor.
  • Participate in regular company-wide activities and contribute to creation and/or modification of relevant controlled documents, or other relevant materials or processes.
  • Supervise Clinical Operations staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in life science in or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience in the academic, industry or relevant clinical research organization including demonstrated prior project management/clinical operations experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of FDA & ICH/GCP regulations and guidelines and experience building clinical operations groups and associated infrastructure.
  • Ability to travel 10%.
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic data capture, clinical trial management and trial master filing systems.
  • Therapeutic area expertise in pediatrics and/or neuromuscular is highly desirable.
  • Detail oriented and fluent in written and oral English.
