Bioinformatic Engineer – Market Leading Biotech – Remote

What is it like to work here?

You will be part of an industry leading Biotech who are paving the way in Immunotherapy to bring cancer treatments to a broader population. You will identify T-Cell receptor targets that will be used to fight immune-related diseases, and drive the development of novel treatments.

What will you be doing?

You will develop, maintain, and deploy data structure that will handle the processing of NGS data, managing the experience of this software for the rest of the computational team. You will help lead a team that will maintain the data infrastructure, pipeline automation and data usability of the bioinformatics platform.

What do you bring to the table?

• An MSc level education (engineering focussed)
• Strong experience in Full-Stack Development, with proficiency in Python
• Experience with AWS servers, systems and architecture
• Strong agile teamworking ability, with flexible multitasking skills
• Fastidious and thorough work ethic, with a clear eye for detail
