Job Details
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Are you ready to jump straight in and make an immediate impact? A crucial role for a rapidly growing organisation, managing the breadth of HR operations and supporting the creation and implementation of a newly developed in-house HR function.
This role is an all-encompassing HR position; typical responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the People Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, Finance Team and Group Payroll, and key business leaders, delivering and role modelling organisational objectives.
- Responsible for administrating and managing all HR employee records, ensuring all are maintained, organised and compliant.
- Creating and revising people policies, procedures and processes.
- Managing and improving the entire induction and onboarding process through to the development and delivery of people initiatives across the entire employee journey
- Embrace and promote an open and inclusive culture, supporting all activities for the Diversity and Inclusion initiative within the company and ensuring fair and unbiased employee and candidate processes are always adopted
Being part of a close-knit team, you will play a vital part in the development and plans of the HR team.
Key Requirements:
- MCIPD Level 5 qualified
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Experience working within a healthcare communication agency or an industry that is of a similar environment that is fast-paced and high change.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Clear and confident communicator as well as strong listening skills
- Competent user of Talent/HR Systems
Initially offered on an FTC for 12 months with the view to becoming a permanent role, this opportunity offers a flexible work environment and a competitive salary. With state-of-the-art offices in London with the option to work from home up to 3 days a week and a fantastic team and culture.
