IQVIA is currently looking for an Analyst to join our Primary Market Research team.  This role will see the successful candidate providing high quality, on time input to client projects in the life science field. 

Key responsibilities:

• Key tasks are executed under guidance from senior team members and include involvement in quantitative studies:
  • Drafting and updating of survey questionnaires
  • Liaising with survey programmers and conducting quality tests and checks
  • Closely liaising with fieldwork team, managing briefings and ensuring timely completion of fieldwork
  • Data analysis using Q software
  • Preparation of client reports in PowerPoint
  • Potential for client management
• This role will also support project teams in qualitative market research studies additionally including:
  • Drafting of screeners
  • Potential moderation of in-depth interviews and involvement in analysis
• Needs to be a team player who will work closely with other team members including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Associate Principals or Principals
• Proactively develops knowledge of market research methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of market research engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. 1-3 years of related market research experience
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
• Self-starter and proactively manages their workload and timelines 
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research methods, tools and techniques
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel essential
• Previous experience with Q software or SPSS highly regarded
• Effective time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Previous experience in life sciences sector preferable  
• Based in Sydney or willing to re-locate to Sydney
