Job Details

IQVIA CFSP Department is looking for a Global Resourcing Director . This position is responsible for providing recruitment strategies on social media in order to get a fast and efficient resourcing.

The person on this role will work closely with CFSP Regional Leaders and IQVIA Talent Acquisition from every region (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) allowing accurate resourcing and enabling talent attraction for all relevant CFSP roles.

Through collaboration with all partners, they will act as strategic conduit to define global resourcing strategies, improve forecasting and talent profiles

In collaboration with CFSP Regional Leaders and Head of CFSP Career Center, they will define global CRA school strategy and planning.

Partnering with Talent Acquisition department they are going to set up marketing and social media campaign at local level.

We are looking for a delivery driven individual who has the ability to independently innovate and drive above mentioned strategies. Someone who is comfortable partnering with with senior leaders within the IQVIA and IQVIA CFSP and IQVIA Talent Acquisition organisations at a global level.

 

  • Act as key point of contact for Talent Attraction strategies
  • Involvement/Leading initiatives and workstreams to investigate and implement improvements to marketing campaigns
  • Support and training to Operational teams
  • Conduct monthly review and analysis of assigned projects
  • Proactively set-up new strategies on resourcing
  • Partner with the Senior leadership team to discuss projects and gain adhesion
  • Set up social media campaigns all over the globe with support of local teams
  • Perform other duties as required

Skills required

  • Experienced in Clinical research Management
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal, teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines as necessary
  • Willingness to work in a flexible and challenging environment
