Leadership opportunity for a senior statistician looking to work for one of the biggest companies in the whole of Europe

Job summary: This opportunity is suited to a Biostatistician with leadership experience who is looking to transition into one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies Europe. This role is focused on the innovative work being done with Vaccines, the importance of leadership in these projects is evident with the current global situation, so this could be the chance to lead on an extremely important project and do work that would truly save lives. As well as leading on trials there is a need for the leader on these projects to posses the ability to be hands on with programs like SAS in need be. Attention to detail and an ambitious mental profile would fit the company values and the needs of this role, some experience in patient management but mainly experience in many stages on clinical trials would be a great asset to any applicant.

Requirements:

• A Master and/or PHD in a relevant field of study e.g., data science, Statistics, Mathematics….
• Experience with stats in a clinical context
• A passion for statistics and making a difference in the clinical trial process
• This role is for an experienced statistician so 4+ years of relevant experience would be a great addition however a strong candidate with under 6 years' experience will also be considered. Experience would need to preferably be in pharmaceuticals however an experienced statistician from other industries will be able to make the transition.
• Experience working with diverse teams from different cultural backgrounds.
• Experience in clinical trial design and the maintaining the quality of the trial through different stages of the trial.
• Experience with Vaccine trials is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration an influencing skill, influencing the outcome and success of a clinical trial.
• Ability to deal with stakeholders on clinical trials and experience meeting stakeholders' expectations and demands of a trial.
• Ability to work in the mainland Europe.
