The Environmental teams at Labcorp have been helping companies bring safe products to market for over 40 years. Our varied work supports the crop protection, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Our specialist site in Eye, Suffolk is recruiting for a Study Director to join it's Physico Chemical Testing department to undertake routine tests in accordance with GLP. To process and interpret data to ensure acceptance criteria have been met and to manage the reanalysis of anomalous results.

We have extensive facilities, fully equipped with a wide range of analytic equipment, this allows us to carry out high quality standard and non-standard Physiochemical studies.

This role offers you continuous improvement - development of own skills, knowledge and understanding for personal improvement whilst identifying team and department process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.

Within this role as Study Director we would support you to:

  • Champion new initiatives and drive process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with peers, management, inter- and intra-departmental project groups and other stake holders.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate in-house training.

Education/Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or higher.
Experience:
  • Experience in physico chemical testing and related studies.
  • Experience of liaising with external and internal colleagues, clients, sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to liaise with other departments to ensure deadlines are achieved.
