Regulatory Affairs Team Leader - Herbicides

I am currently working with a key player within the Crop Protection and Nutrition space who's product portfolio ranges form seed treatments to post harvest fumigants and everything in between. They are now looking for a strong Regulatory professional take responsibility for one of their key portfolios while managing a team of around 10 people.

This would be the ideal opportunity for someone with existing team management experience who wants to step away from the operational side of work, like dossier writing, to focus on more of a dynamic and all encompassing role. There will be 4 key pillars within this position that will cover regulatory strategy development, project management, team management and advocacy with internal and external stakeholders. This will offer a highly challenging and varied role that will be a solid step up in your career.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working to EU Regulation 1107/2009
  • Solid experience managing and developing teams
  • Must have worked with products, formulations and active substance
  • Proven track record of implementing successful regulatory strategies
  • Worked closely with relevant authorities, working groups and associations
  • Comfortable working in a large organisation
  • A professional level of English, other languages would be advantageous

  • Salary: Dependent on Location and Experience
  • Location: Choice of Regional Offices Across Europe or Home Working anywhere in Europe
