Clinical Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager. Exciting new opportunity across South London and Kent

Role: Clinical Lead Nurse
Therapy Area: Renal - Homecare
Package: Negotiable competitive salary, car allowance and additional benefits
Location: South London and Kent. This role involves travel across the region with a blend of home-based working and field activities.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will lead a regional clinical team of renal technicians. You will manage and drive performance, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional service, setting high standards and promoting continual reflection and innovation. You will inspire excellent service delivery through your passion for improving patient experience whilst receiving treatment in their own home. 
Key Responsibilities:
·    Lead, motivate and coach a regional Homecare team, to execute service excellence by ensuring people management plans, processes and systems are in place and appropriate SOPs are developed, reviewed and adhered to.
·    Work with 2nd Line Manager to agree and implement operational plans to ensure delivery of service/EOC and quality standards within service are maintained at all times.
·    Continuously reflecting on resource requirements within region and identify cost saving initiatives as appropriate.
·    Support 2nd Line Manager with regional data to enable operational discussions during formal business reviews with service stakeholders, commissioners and payers including NHS and Pharma partners when appropriate.
·    Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act regulations 2010 by adhering to the Care Quality Commission (and other national regulatory bodies) standards at all times and supporting your Clinical Operations Manager or Clinical Director with compliance visits

Qualifications:
NMC Registration
Full UK Driving Licence
Nursing coaching mentorship/preceptorship qualification (desirable)

The Person/Experience:
You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in managing a nurse team
Strong Clinical Background, experience in Clinical Homecare
Experience in OPAT or HPN services (desirable)
Experience in a community setting
Clinical teaching experience
Ability to motivate others and exercise clinical leadership
Passionate about high quality patient care
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Well organised with good time management skills
Ability to react to change positively and quickly
Solution orientated
Self-motivated and a good motivator of others
Shows commercial acumen
Good presentation skills
Expert level knowledge of therapies relevant to the service offering
