Your responsibilities will include building relationships with senior candidates within your sector, identifying top profiles for specific job roles, and managing the interview process for successful candidates. You will also be involved in identifying areas for new business and will be heavily involved in the recruitment process from start to finish.

Role responsibilities

• Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
• Organising interview availability
• Prepping candidates for key events in the recruitment process, ranging from 1st stage interviews to offer delivery
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
• Confidence in ability to learn a particularly high-calibre industry
• Ability to network over the phone and face-to-face
• Impeccable organisation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time

Qualifications

• Passion for impacting the global healthcare landscape
• Experience in sales or marketing advantageous
• Strong understanding of Microsoft word and Excel
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written
