The Opportunity
You will be a digitally savvy marketer, entrusted to develop and implement our clients marketing strategy and brand globally. Knowledge of, and an ability to apply marketing strategies to marketing tactics is critical for this role.

Digital Content
  • Implement online marketing campaigns to drive new leads and trials, including email marketing, newsletters, SEM (paid search), social media and mobile
  • Manage current and new email marketing programs, with emphasis on testing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Execute day-to-day management of SEM campaigns, pushing to drive new leads
  • Manage updates to corporate website to increase overall website effectiveness and SEO
  • Review, analyse, and interpret data; provide actionable recommendations to improve online marketing
  • Analyse campaigns, web metric trends, and provide fast, accurate reports to gain the best ROI
Marketing and Brand
  • Work with the VP of Business Development to develop marketing and brand strategies
  • Assist with global marketing strategies and be aware of all channels of marketing - including YouTube
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness
  • Provide leadership and direction in the implementation of marketing plans, including direct response, promotions, and advertisements. Develop, create, and manage timelines and project workload for marketing initiatives
  • Research, recommend and develop new marketing ideas.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, collateral, sales tools, presentations, case studies, white papers, and email
  • Partner and interact with vendors to supply materials supporting marketing concepts
  • Manage marketing processes and vendors to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • Manage and forecast assigned marketing budget
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate results for specific marketing programs and campaigns, to determine ROI and support the development and refinement of future marketing plans
Website
  • Create a development plan to meet the changing needs of the organisation
  • Maintain the website, updating regularly with images, news, videos as appropriate
  • Identify key goals for analytics data & information on traffic, to inform development decisions
  • Help with public relations activities/media/content review and write-up for website

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary/degree qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' commercial marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in developing marketing strategies and tactics
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks to stringent deadlines in conjunction with the leadership team
  • Drive marketing plans to increase awareness, user engagement, generate leads and opportunities
  • Proficiency using web platforms to create or edit content on websites, social and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with brand management, driving brand positioning and lead management
  • Working knowledge of social and digital analytics, SEO and SEM including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Creative thinking and demonstrated ability to create content and campaign ideas
  • Possess strong business acumen, commercial skills, together with strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry desirable
