Exciting opportunity to work for our International pharmaceutical client, who are looking for a Demand Planner
The Demand Planner will be accountable for defining a wide-range of Demand Planning processes (including vertically aligned team responsibility) to enable the UK supply hub to operate effectively within the global business.

Process owner for Demand elements of Sales & Operations Planning and transformation to Integrated Business Planning. A pivotal role in delivering improvements to: Sales forecast, Consensus Sales Plan, Distribution Requirements Plan, Toll Services Requirements Plan, New Product Launch Requirements Plan, 5-year plan, Stocking policies and KPIs.
Responsible for delivering improvements (projects, processes and continual stakeholder engagement) that ultimately result in stable production plans and lower inventory, whilst sustaining our patient first, hhc values.This will include being a key contributor to transformation/change projects such as SAP S4HANA deployment.


Main duties and responsibilities:


* Generate and issue a monthly 'base forecast' for all MTS skus supplied to EMEA affiliates
* Receive and consolidate 'consensus Sales Plans' returned and owned by EMEA affiliates.
* Manage the NPL new product launch plan
* Distribution Requirements Plan ; Net Receipt Requirements and Net Demand Requirements
* Measure and publish internally, forecast and sales plan accuracy monthly KPIs
* Determine and deploy a demand fidelity KPI
* Drive plan accuracy and fidelity improvement initiatives
* Recommend Target Closing Stocks using measures of demand and supply variability
* Agree inventory norms with CFO / Finance leads
* Participate in Sales & Operations Planning S&OPs to optimize fulfillment plans
* Consolidate and manage the 5-year requirements plan, including launches and end of life cycle
* Support and train affiliate Sales managers to adhere to the consensus sales planning process
* Be the subject matter expert on forecasting and distribution requirements planning
* Project team member for regional and global transformation/change projects, such as Integrated Business Planning.
* Leader of Continuous Improvement initiatives to deliver demand plan stability.

Skills & Experience required:


* Graduate in numerate discipline
* Track-record in Demand Planning Transformation
* Solid SAP experience ; S4 Hana preferred
* Problem solving and decision-making capabilities
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication links within EMEA affiliates
