About This Job:

In this position you will provide Support daily operation of the Hungarian team and office, global functions and cross-functional activities with other company departments

As an Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Organizing of organizes internal and external events, congress activities
  • Ensuring the appropriate documentation of the activities
  • Project management in assigned projects
  • Supporting functional leaders and management team with assistance if required
  • Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues, has time specialist role
  • Supporting the invoicing and payment processes from business side
  • Taking incoming calls, welcoming guest
  • Administrative tasks related to the team, events, projects she/he coordinate, following up budget and invoicing
  • Other support as and when required.
  • Ensure product safety information is reported to pharmacovigilance department (DSO) no later than 24 hours from the receipt date.
  • Provide support for completion of pharmacovigilance related activities ( e.g. monthly reconciliation) as agreed with the DSO.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years, preferably in an international company
  • Ability to work with all team members in a MATRIX structure.
  • Building social contacts.
  • Dedicated, multi-tasking, hard worker, accuracy.
  • Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures
  • IT competent to learn and use different systems

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Developing experience in Pharma industry
  • Management Accounting Certificate (e.g. CIMA) or equivalent is preferred
  • Accounting experience

Education/Qualifications:

  • Higher Education (Preferably Bachelor degree) with administrative oriented subjects
  • Proficient knowledge of Hungarian and English
