This is an Operational role that will be responsible for driving the outcome for the Recruitment, Business Development and Start-Up Teams. Overseeing multiple sites, you will be driving the performance of a team of up to 15 to deliver optimal results for trials from Phase I, upwards. You will be an experienced Manager within Clinical Operations that is seeking the next role that will be strategic, analytical and expanding you leadership scope.
