Warehouse Logistics Operator

Our client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, particularly in cardiology, radiology, oncology, critical care and endoscopy.

We are now seeking a Logistics Operator for a facility set up in Reading with the responsibility of handling all logistics of inbound and outbound freight

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm (40 hour week)

Summary of Duties:

Reporting to Logistics Warehouse Manager performing warehouse duties in shipping and receiving areas.

Essential functions performed:
* Goods receipting
* To load and unload trucks
* Order processing, pick and pack
* Stock controls
* Stock adjustments
* Returns
* Increasing general logistics performance
* Assist in maintaining the premises
* Perform various warehouse duties, as required

Experience required:
* Certificate to drive the order-pickers
* Completed primary education
* Basic computer skills
* Minimum experience of 3 months in similar work environment or higher
