New Opportunity - Regional Key Account Executive - Respiratory - West Midlands and Wales

Role: Regional Key Account Executive

Therapy Area: Respiratory

Territory: West Midlands and Wales

Role Type: Market Access, Key Account Manager, Account Manager 

As a Regional Key Account Manager you will be responsible for working with the Sales team to ensure successful pull through of formulary/guideline inclusion. Your customer focus will be CCG/ICS customers, secondary care, with a focus on respiratory.

Responsibilities:

Create opportunity to drive successful formulary/guideline inclusion for existing respiratory portfolio and any future disease area products where required.

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers based on the local need and economy.

Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screenshare and in person meetings.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Working alongside the Regional Sales Manager and Sales team, communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, or as required.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product.

Responsible for working with the Sales team to ensure successful pull through of formulary/guideline inclusion.

The client is a pharmaceutical company engaged in the development of highly effective and innovative prescription medicines aimed at the prevention and treatment of Asthma and COPD. 

Qualifications:

Degree in scientific or business related subject or equivalent qualification or experience 

ABPI qualified 

Driving licence (6pts max) 

The Person/Experience:

Proven account management or other relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including CCG/ICS.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.

Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Must live on territory, but willing to support other regions if required.
