Contract Specialist

The contract Specialist will support the Spanish team in the area of contracts and will be part of the RSU Team.

Essential Functions
 

Support the team locally with legal aspects.

• Negotiate the contracts with the sites for some projects.
• Generate good relationship with the international internal team on charge of drafting and reviewing the contracts.
• Metric’s definition and follow up.
• Provide training to new employees and take care of the required training that need to be imparted to the team.
• Management for the database where all contracts with the sites are included.
• Be on charge for contract’s amendments oversight
• Participation on international meetings as the contract specialist for the country.
   

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 2 to 5 experience that as contract specialist in a Clinical Operations.environment,, negotiating the contracts for clinical trials.
• Experience in a CRO/Pharma company is a requirement.

• Detailed understanding of the principles of contract law
• Analytical thinking and decision-based thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good negotiation skills
• Capacity to think out of the box, innovative thinking
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to effectively use automated systems and computerized applications, such as, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
