Albion Rye Associates are proud to be working on an exciting new position on behalf of a brilliant health communications agency producing high quality and compelling copy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical copywriter looking to harness their creativity and their passion for science whilst working on a range of projects. You will work with and learn from talented senior members whilst being part of a fully collaborative team.

There is also scope for line management responsibilities within this close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on medical-related discussions with clients
• Translate scientific data into compelling promotional stories
• Create reference packs and manage the Veeva Vault PromoMats or ZincMaps approval process
• Writer persuasive copy of all lengths and in various formats
• Contribute and progress creative opportunities to grow client business
• Work alongside the wider business and foster good relationships with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and support the less experience members of the team
• Juggle multiple projects/tasks

Skills

• Solid scientific background with proven medical copywriting experience within healthcare advertising
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to write across a broad variety of materials in multiple styles
• Ability to inspire, motivate and line-manage client services team members
• Quick learner who operates with a sense of urgency
• A thorough understanding on the ABPI code of practice
