Albion Rye Associates are delighted to announce a partnership with a truly exciting Healthcare management consultancy firm based in the US. Leaders in developing Pricing & Market Access and Commercial strategy for best-in-class pharmaceuticals and Biotech’s, they are looking to expand further due to an exciting new business win!
Our client has gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months, winning more and more business with top 10 pharmaceuticals and Biotech’s, to develop first class Market Access and Reimbursement strategies and are now looking for a Practise lead for their Market Access team.
The role.
Based on the East Coast of the US, they are looking for a subject matter expert to lead their Market Access team. An expert in Market Access and Pricing strategy, with an a proven track record of success in leading high quality projects and delivery teams.
While maintaining relationships is a huge part of the role, identifying and winning business is another. You will be working closely with the Senior stakeholders to help them with proposals and how best to win the business by setting out clear, defined plans.
Skills and experience
- 10+ years' experience of relevant work experience, with 6+ spent within the consulting environment
- Strong understanding of global Pricing and Market Access pathways and payer/pricing research methods
- Be able to identify and win new business, with a proven track record of success
- Project and line management experience is essential
