Albion Rye Associates are working closely to support our client, a vibrant entrepreneurial medical communications agency that work across digital, medical education and creative.

You will work across a variety of therapy areas such as Haematology, Oncology, Rare Disease, Diagnostics and Neuroscience. 

This is a key role within the agency and requires excellent account handling skills, confidence to manage a team, whilst taking pride in delivering exceptional education programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of all projects on time and within budget
  • Client liaison and building strong relationships, gaining the respect and trust of the clients
  • Attend and lead client meetings
  • Proactive development of existing accounts through identification of opportunities for growth and conversion into new or ongoing work from clients
  • Mentor and line manage junior staff

Experience

  • Experience working within a MedComms agency is essential
  • Passion, energy and desire to deliver high quality work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of end user needs (Patient, KOL, HCP, client)
  • Developing junior team members
