Exciting opportunity to work for our International pharmaceutical client, who is looking for an experienced Analyst to work in the Compensation & Benefits Team to will support, maintaining the HR Information Systems. You will also be responding to queries from employees and training new employees on how to use the HR Information Systems as required, maintaining the Regional Organisation Charts and EMEA HR Reporting.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Administration user of the EMEA HR systems, maintaining and ensuring the data is accurate
* Working with EMEA HR to ensure SuccessFactors is working optimally and suggest remedial action to correct any deviations.
* Responding to queries from employees and training new employees on how to use the HR Information Systems as required
* Salary and benefit bench marking against internal and external market to ensure consistency and equality
* Support the salary and bonus review process
* Providing data for external salary bench marking surveys
* Design, review and administer reward plans
* Day to day operation of UK benefits, working with third party benefit providers on issues such as healthcare, dental, childcare vouchers, and pension
* Monitor and maintain good customer service with all external HR service providers
Skills & Experience required:
* Providing HR inputs and support within a professional or commercial environment in the UK, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience of working in a matrix structure and supporting operational colleagues on a wide range of compensation & benefits issues
* Well-developed organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills - ability to deliver and negotiate demanding workloads and projects with conflicting deadlines to multiple customers working to high level performance standards
* Good interpersonal skills and flexible approach to supporting the differing needs of colleagues
* Strong IT skills and self-sufficient in the utilisation and application of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint packages
