European Training Lead - Clinical Education - Home based
Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a niche product portfolio. They have started to develop a foothold in the UK diabetes (Insulin) market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic European Training Lead.
The European Training Lead will work with the Senior Clinical Education and Training Manager to provide clinical education and training for personnel within the organisation, external Health Care Professionals (HCP) and end user customers. The European Trainer will work in conjunction with Sales, Customer Care, Medical, Medical Affairs and Marketing to enhance the user and HCP customer experience through excellence in training.
The role will be measured by achieving target growth in appropriate people with diabetes being placed onto our clients products and achieving HCP and user experience satisfaction survey goals.
This position requires regular business travel across the EU to conduct training and coaching field visits. The work environment will be home working, regional offices (Paris, Munich, London), other training venues and in countries field-based settings.
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified and experienced in designing, producing, and delivering training programmes including delivering face to face in classroom and virtual classroom training
- Successfully delivered "Train the Trainer" programs and familiar with Learning Management Systems
- Experience in providing clinical education to Health Care Professionals
- Prior Medical Devices / Medical Technology or Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Highly competent in the use of virtual communication computer systems e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx etc
- Fluent in at least 1 other language - German, French, or Dutch
- Type 1 Diabetes experience strongly beneficial
- Self-starter who requires minimal direction and who can respond rapidly to changing circumstances
- Proven track record of success through training and coaching
