Job Description:

We are establishing an mRNA therapeutics research group in Huiyu Research Institutes of Huiyu Pharmaceutical Company, Chengdu, China. The group will lead and contribute to our mRNA therapeutic platform and pipeline advancement. The group will focus on mRNA therapeutics discovery for cancer immunotherapy. We are seeking a lead mRNA therapeutics scientist, who will bring leadership and broad expertise in mRNA therapeutics discovery for the advancement of cancer immunotherapy.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the mRNA group. Oversee team research activities. Ensure team research progress and cross-site and cross-functional collaborations.

2. Lead and contribute to the development of mRNA therapeutic platform, with the focus on cancer immunotherapy and neoantigen vaccines.

3. Initiate, establish and progress pipeline for mRNA-based cancer therapeutic vaccines. Lead cancer therapeutic vaccine projects. Work closely with cross-functional groups and CROs to progress candidates from discovery to IND-enabling studies.

4. Provide supervision of group members and junior scientists.

5. Collaborate with internal and external collaborators

Job Requirements:

1. Ph.D. in immunology, vaccine biology, immune-oncology or tumor immunology or related fields. Candidates with >2-5 years of experience in an industry setting are preferred.

2. Experience in team management and project management.

3. Broad experience in vaccine or mRNA therapeutics discovery.

4. Expertise on mRNA cancer vaccine, tumor specific antigen identification, mRNA vaccine designing and functional verification. Deep understanding the molecular mechanisms of antigen presenting and T cell activation.

5. Proven track record of accomplishments in the cancer immunotherapy field.

6. High spirit on innovation, teamwork, and professional dedication. Strong communication skills.

岗位职责：

1. 领导mRNA小组，监督团队的研究活动，确保团队研究进展和跨职能合作。

2. 领导和参与mRNA治疗平台的开发，重点是癌症免疫治疗和新抗原疫苗。

3. 启动、建立和推进基于mRNA的癌症治疗疫苗的管线，领导癌症治疗疫苗项目，与跨职能小组和CRO密切合作，推动候选人从发现到创新研究的进展。

4. 监督小组成员和初级科学家。

5. 促进与内部和外部的合作

任职要求：

1. 免疫学、疫苗生物学、肿瘤免疫学或相关领域博士学位。有2-5年行业工作经验者优先。

2. 有团队管理和项目管理经验。

3.在疫苗或mRNA治疗学研究方面有丰富的经验。

4. mRNA癌疫苗、肿瘤特异性抗原鉴定、mRNA疫苗设计及功能验证，深入了解抗原呈递和T细胞活化的分子机制。

5. 在癌症免疫治疗领域已证明的成绩记录或文章发表。

6. 具有创新精神、团队精神和敬业精神。很强的沟通能力。

Welfare:

1. Basic salary (400,000-800,000 CNY) + year-end bonus (100,000-200,000 CNY) + project bonus (variable based on project) + monthly subsidy (600 CNY) + monthly rental subsidy (1,000-2,000 CNY) (depending on the location)
