Marketing Manager - Wound Care.  Exciting new role based in Nottingham with flexible home working

Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Head Office, Nottingham - circa 3 days office, 2 days home.
Therapy Area: Wound Care
Salary: Negotiable competitive salary depending on experience, bonus, car allowance and additional package benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Group Sales and Marketing. This is an exciting time to join a growing business with a strong product portfolio in Wound Care The Client is research and development based Medical Technology company offering end to end solutions for product design and distribution  

In this role you will:
Lead and operationally manage the implementation of the product-specific marketing strategies for the Company’s Oncology assets pre- and post - launch within the UK as well as specific initiatives and projects in support of successful pan-European commercialization in Oncology.
Drive the operationalization of brand strategy at local level (including the implementation of marketing activities) upon guidance of the Cluster Leadership Team and in close collaboration with the country commercial and medical teams as well as the European marketing functions.

Qualifications:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience

The Person/Experience:
Previous experience of marketing in the Medical Device sector
Desirable - Wound Care experience
Ability to analyse complex data and gain relevant insights
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead without authority.
Broad knowledge of marketing including strategy, pricing/reimbursement, brand planning and cross functional working.
Hands-on in style, willing to ‘pitch in’ to get things done.
Aptitude in influencing, gaining consensus, and overcoming resistance by presenting a powerful case for implementing new initiatives.
