Job responsibilities

  • Will focus on providing support to the project teams on Forecasting tools
  • Hold a key role in supporting the use of clinical trial event forecasting tools and information to inform work forecasting and influence project outcomes.
  • Initial tool configuration support for new awards
  • Assist Project Managers with forecasting and re-forcasting activities post-award, including system entry
  • Monthly maintenance and compliance reviews, follow up as needed
  • Training Project Managers on Forecasting toolset
  • User Acceptance Testing for new releases of toolset
  • support business processes to help guide the generation of standard forecasting and simulation capabilities for predictable site and patient level events, such as:
    • site activation, patient milestones, transition state change, protocol defined events, and data volume for translation of clinical trial event forecasts to meaningful business insights.


The ideal candidate has:
  • The ability to gather, analyze, identify, and facilitate delivery of information from multiple sources for project planning and adjustments
  • Stong organisation skill, is proactive, and a strong communicator.
  • an understanding of forecasting, previous experience in communicating with project leads,
  • ability to address the critical requirements of the organization by taking a strategic long lens approach to forecast planning throughout a project's life cycle.
  • Understanding of forecast models in clinical trials or have relatable skills
  • Ability to learn complex technology and quickly become a subject matter expert through intensive training
What we're looking for
• BA/BS degree in business, management or in the science/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience; resource management experience including resourcing/logistics experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or bio-technology Company.
• Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment is essential.
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills and ability to continuously anticipate/solve problems, using poise and effective interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet are required.
