Job Details

Are you ready to start your new career challenge? My client - a trusted global company - is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II to join their team.

Their culture is inspired by continuous growth and development, as they offer extensive training throughout the year. Also, they designed a tailored approach to career progression, both horizontal and vertical. So you can excel rapidly and climb the corporate ladder fast.

The client also has a great public and personal image, with fantastic management and satisfied employees, as they have a very low turnover among their people, so you can benefit from a committed and supportive environment.

The work will be mainly done remotely, and because the company has a network of sites all over the UK, you will not need to travel for long distances for the regular visits.

Job Responsibilities
* Act as their direct contact with assigned sites, assess and ensure overall integrity of study implementation
* Facilitate and support site with access to relevant study systems
* Ensure sites are compliant with specific training requirements.
* Address and resolve issues at sites, including the need for additional training
* Actively participate in external or internal meetings and audits & regulatory inspections
* Perform on-site visits; apply judgement and knowledge to independently resolve site issues, questions and concerns.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
* Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience
* Independent Monitoring Experience (Able to take initiative and work independently, due to the unpredictable nature of the issues that arise)
* Fluency in English
* Ideally: experience in Oncology, and/or Phases II-III

Benefits

* Competitive base salary
* Attractive benefits package
* Remote working anywhere in the UK
