Head of Finance

Are you a product supply finance professional with proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or consumer health industries? My client, an international life science leader is looking to hire a dynamic Finance Leader for their existing team based in Basel.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and guide all reporting, planning and saving activities within Product Supply Controlling.
• Analyse the performance of product supply, in order to drive decision making and improve efficiency.
• Act as key contact for cost of goods sold Controlling in the division.
• Lead the cost of goods sold Controlling community and develop training & enabling measures.
• Review the financial / operational performance of income and cash flow statement lines by brand / region / site and regularly provide a financial overview and analysis to the divisional CFO, Head of Finance Business Partner Product Supply, Head of Product Supply, Corporate PS Controlling and the Product Supply Management Team.

Your profile:

• Education: Master Degree in economics / finance
• Minimum 5-7 years work experience in different controlling departments, including PS departments
• Knowledge of manufacturing organization, process and information systems
• At least 2 years of team lead experience, strong leadership and people development skills.
• Knowledge of PC and IT applications (MS Office, SAPFI/CO, SAP-BW)
• English speaker
