Digital Project Management Lead

As we continue to expand both our headcount and solutions to our clients, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Digital Project Management Lead. 

The Digital Project Management Lead’s script is there to be written! As a new position within our business, this role will ultimately define, scope, develop and implement our in-house omni-channel digital strategy for specialised clinical patient recruitment campaigns 

Key Responsibilities

• To review the current digital project offering within the Company and make recommendations for growth and development
• Work in collaboration with the Proposals and Contracts Team to support proposals with recommendations for digital strategy and budget considerations, 
• To review process mapping for digital development, from branding, digital platform delivery, print/ship where appropriate, through to analysis of campaign success review and reporting. 
• To liaise with the Creative Artworker/Designer on branding, design and copywriting for digital campaigns. 
• To hold the role of Project Manager for projects including digital campaigns. Liaising with clients on project success, barriers and recommendations, providing timely reports as per client requirements. 
• Conduct external analysis to improve the market position and review competitors offering for digital marketing.
• Communicate between internal teams and where required third party vendors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard and within budget and timescales.
• Support with the development of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Review performance metrics to assist the extended Project Management team with digital marketing actions.
• Provide innovative thinking to drive learnings and make recommendations for digital development. 
• Work cross-functionally with leads across the wider business units to consider company-wide initiatives.

Desirable:

• Experience working within a digital/marketing agency environment 
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as healthcare/pharmaceuticals

Essential

• Currently working as a Digital Marketing Manager or Lead with +2 years 
• Strong project management skills.
• Team management skills with the ability to influence.
• Innovative mindset.
• Experience using email marketing platforms, content marketing and Google Analytics.
• Experience in development or delivery of design/branding
