I am currently working with a client based in Antwerp looking for experienced Project Engineers to start in their team ASAP. Due to their exponential expansion over the past few years my client has developed all of the sites across Europe increasing the size of there sites and thus need to increase the size of their teams!

My client is currently one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world operating on a multinational level providing their services to customers worldwide. They are looking for skilled individuals working as a project engineer.

Responsibilities of a Project Engineer

  • Production site rep for clinical production in close cooperation with R&D Pfizer
  • Responsible for the timely and qualitative delivery of clinical supplies produced according to the developed large-scale process.
  • Intensive cooperation with internal (production, QA, procurement) and external (R&D) Pfizer Divisions.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
  • Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent written and oral knowledge of Dutch and English.

OR

  • PhD profiles with work experience are highly desired
  • People with experience in clinical studies / research linked to clinical batches
