This important role as Senior Market Development Manager will have complete autonomy to deliver & drive commercial success for the UK/Ireland business, and play a key part in shaping and growing the market and portfolio in the coming years.

The plan is for this individual to progress into a director-level role in the future, so you will need to be an ambitious & highly successful marketing professional with career aspirations for future development.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished marketer with pharmaceutical, devices or diagnostics experience and an outstanding track record of commercial marketing success. You will also have people leadership experience (ideally gained in a sales management role) & need to be very comfortable with clinical/scientific areas and be happy leading from the front & being hands-on when necessary with Key stakeholders.
