The successful candidate will have a background in sales and/or account management, ideally within the life sciences but this is not mandatory!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing subscriber base through renewals
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to maximise sales opportunities
- Effectively liaise with the company’s customer base through office-based (inside sales) contact
- Plan customer training events, maximising training activities to contribute to growth and maintenance of company revenue
- Develop new revenue from existing and new departments to achieve revenue plan
Requirements
- 2-3 Years Sales experience, including a minimum of 1 Year in Account Management
- Proactive and creative approach to client relationship building
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face to face
- Able to generate and manage revenue from existing clients effectively
- Strong business planning and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus
