To support our ongoing growth and investment with our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a passionate recruitment specialist to be responsible for end to end recruitment and direct sourcing of clinical professionals across EMEA for our key customers. You will work directly with our end clients and hire the best talent who will really make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance with diversity hiring goals.

• With limited guidance, provide coaching and counselling to functional business leaders, line management and executive management to effectively support strategic staffing goals

• Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns

• Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards

• Assess, track and report on time to hire, cost to hire and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost effectiveness

• Assist senior staffing management with regular evaluations of the applicant pool

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3 years’ experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience – ideally within clinical environment

• Sound knowledge of EMEA recruitment legislation

• Experience of passive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and headhunting

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
