About this job:

  • Owning and delivering a comprehensive, integrated change management strategy to include organisation design, culture, behaviour, change management and change leadership.
  • Defining a cohesive framework for the organisational change management function
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of new processes, products and business strategies
  • Minimising negative outcomes for all projects
  • Identifying common themes across multiple initiatives
  • Collaborating with and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the execution of change management plans.
  • Maximising return on investment

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Significant experience of change management strategy design and rollout
  • Background in Pharma (or similar)
  • Broad change management experience (organisational, system & environmental), gained on a global level, employing multiple tactics
  • Experience of working in a complex, matrix environment
  • The ability to successfully deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, gained at all levels

Educations/qualifications

  • Batchelors degree
