Digital I&T Portfolio and Value Realization is responsible for portfolio management and prioritization, framing the value of strategic initiatives, and value capture (of top and bottom-line growth) for the enterprise. Central to this work is developing, accelerating, and operating a living portfolio with direct links to strategy. The Associate Director, I&T Economics and Modeling is responsible for modeling and contributing to business cases to drive transformational change for information and technology investments in support of CSL's patients, plasma donors, and for the enterprise at large. This position is at the intersection of finance, information, and technology, and influencing strategic business investments. If you are energized by modeling how strategic shifts towards cloud, platforms, agile, DevOps, and the curation of data assets can benefit the enterprise, consider applying for this important position. Education:
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business Economics and Analytics preferred with minor in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems; Master's degree preferred

- Responsible for raising the expected and realized value of the information and technology portfolio, shifting the bar from incremental improvement to transformational change.
- Model scenarios, value trees, and business models for information and technology investments.
- Develop investment logic for strategic shifts towards cloud, platforms, agile, DevOps, and the curation of data assets
- Oversee benchmarks for measuring and understanding best practices in organizational productivity, business consumption, ease of implementation, and cultural impact.
- Influence, educate and engage key stakeholders on the business implications of strategic portfolio decisions.
- Partner with finance to ensure financial expression of digital technology investments.
- Ensure a sustainable model for governance of technology investment
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business Economics and Analytics preferred with minor in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems; Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- 8+ years relevant financial strategic investments and business case modeling experience.
- IT portfolio and investment management experience preferred.
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience working with enabling functions including Finance, Strategy, etc.
- Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Exceptional listener and collaborator.
