Global Regulatory Lead - Pharmaceutical Global Leader

I am currently looking for a Global Regulatory Affairs Lead

This is a very interesting opportunity to join one of the biggest pharmaceutical company, which has one of the most interesting product's portfolio at the moment, with minimum competition.

The role of the Global Regulatory Lead for the Product's Strategy will give high-level responsibilities at a Global level and will let the success-full candidate to develop a strategic vision and innovative scientific/regulatory leadership into the defining of the Global Regulatory Strategy, plus, the candidate will be the contact point with all the global health authorities, granting him/her a lot visibility.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a Manager or a Senior Manager to step up, and to lead a team of Global Regulatory Professionals, enhancing the leading/team leading skills of the success-full candidate, all of that inside a Head Quarter.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of pharmaceutical/biological product development and regulatory requirements for product submission (EU, US, Japan), experienced at global level;
• Ideally some post marketing experience but this can be looked at case by case;
• Experience into leading teams, matrix environment;
• Advanced Degree (MS/MBA, PhD or MD);
• Fluency in English
• Living in Switzerland or able to relocate to Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving regulatory strategies for key products in development
• Taking the lead on submissions such as PIPs, CTAs, scientific advice and HA interactions
• Overview for certain submissions and collaborations on a global level including working with affiliates and global submissions
• Generally a part of the global regulatory affairs team
