Job Details

IQVIA is seeking a proactive and highly a motivated Nurse Program Co-Ordinator to provide program administration/coordination across multiple patient support and education programs.

You will ensure that the general day-to-day running of the programs is conducted efficiently across the business. This includes all program contacts from an operational and clinical perspective, and  frequent contact with stakeholders including patients, multiple health care professionals, and service providers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff to ensure smooth and efficient running of the programs.
  • Ongoing liaison with line manager and other team members to ensure quality control, general direction and effectiveness of activities.
  • Written communication to and regular follow-up with patients and Health Care Professionals to ensure satisfaction and quality program delivery.
  • Adverse Event reporting management, quality checks, nurse/report follow up and ongoing update training - both IQVIA and client-related
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • High-quality data entry, word processing and general administration.
  • Ensure efficiency  and effective service operations by performing all the responsibilities and duties outlined in this Job Description.
  • As a Nurse Program Co-Ordinator, you will have experience and skills in administration, effective communication, documentation presentation, problem solving and computer skills.  You will have a demonstrated ability in taking a proactive approach, utilizing your own initiative and working through projects with minimal direction and supervision with ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Other Key requirements will include:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a role where you were able to demonstrate the above skills, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • A commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectation, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Keen to learn and an ability to take on new tasks and update training regularly, completed in the required timeframes
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team setting.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate a "can do",  flexible and caring approach and positive attitude to work.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
