Drug Product Tech Transfer Specialist

My client is a fast growing bio-pharmaceuticals manufacturer. Over the last few years they have invested heavily in acquiring new sites, and expanding already existing sites. For one of their expansions, they are now in final stages of hiring, and are now looking to fill their Drug Product teams. For this growing department they are now hiring Tech Transfer Specialist.

The facilities are brand new and state of the art. They are constantly working on new projects in drug development, and taking projects through clinical stages and manufacturing. They are working closely together with internal partners at different sites around the globe, and external partners. For their business Tech Transfer is at the heart of what they do, and as such they have excellent career progression opportunities.

As a Tech Transfer specialist for Drug Product, you will participate in Capital Investment projects for building and commissioning of the facility and new equipment. You will act as a scientific mentor and lead for production staff in different fields of expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Technology Transfer projects in Drug Product operations
- Secure success during tech and process transfers by applying formal processes and tools to manage information
- Prepare and perform Qualification and Validation Activities
- Implement process monitoring and control strategies

About you:
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Biochemistry, or similar related field
- Experienced with Tech Transfers of Drug Product operations
- Good communication skills and organised working with many different stakeholders
- Fluency in English written and oral is a must
