Job Details

I am looking for an experienced and self-motivated Clinical Project Manager who is ready to start or continue their career within a global pharmaceutical company. As part of this role you will provide leadership, strategic planning and organisational skills to assure the effective delivery of clinical studies throughout all the phases of clinical management. It will combine both global and UK work. My client specialises in a wide range of therapeutic areas such as oncology, metabolic disorders, and CNS amongst others. This company has an excellent internal career progression programme which will permit you to achieve further internal promotion and progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of projects through all phases of study management and being accountable for all country-level assigned studies
  • Leading the clinical team, implementing development plans and coordinating study activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • At least 5 years+ clinical operations experience - previous experience in managing projects is essential
  • Strong leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of clinical trials
  • Entitlement to work in the UK
  • Full UK driver's licence
