Senior Director / VP Pharmacometrics

RBW are partnered exclusively with a growing organisation that are searching for an experienced leader for their Pharmacometrics group. This will involve engaging with clients to provide complex PK/PD modelling and simulation support for drug development projects. The selected candidate will be required to implement strategy for clinical pharmacology projects and play a vital part in ensuring that projects comply with regulatory requirements. As well as managing a team of Pharmacometricians, you will be required to act as a project manager and liaise directly with sponsors to ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Educated to PhD in a scientific related discipline
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in the Pharmacometrics field
• Implementation of pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology strategy to guide drug development
• Hands on experience with a variety of modelling and simulation techniques including Population PK/PD, disease progression, exposure response analysis etc.
• Understanding of the regulatory process and experience contributing to regulatory documents
• Proficient user of software including NONMEM and R.
• Previous experience managing a team of scientists
